Our unique course covers a wide range of designs, styles and subjects plus also recieve access for three years to over 100 step by step films, join our community support group on Facebook and have access to volunteer for events we are involve in during the year.
Tied florals over 15 designs from vase designs, gift bouquets, posy, wrapping to trending tied sheafs, tied wedding bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, chair backs to garlands etc
Arrangements from traditional to table, Vegetative, Decorative, Form Linear, Parallel, posy, limited, pedestal, Hogarth and semi crescent.
Wedding working including bridal bouquets, bridesmaids designs, combs, headdresses, corsages, button holes, pocket tops, buttonnaires and floral jewellary, wiring methods Traditional and modern, use of moss or hay and glue
Funeral flowers based, open and textured designs, wreaths, cross, single and double ended sprays, planted funeral work.
Business unit - costing, profitablilty, ordering, order taking, marketing, insurances, H&S, layout, set up considerations, buying lists to keep you profitable with a large scale job etc
Design unit- explores the design theory to help you with focal placementand, design proportion, understanding colour and trends, sketching to aid planning etc
Plus key basics including conditioning and care of fresh materials, learning flower names and varieties, poisinous plants
