Advancing your floristry skills

A great start to 2024, with our level 3 students exploring alternative basing and environmentally friendly designs.

As we no longer use floral foam at the Academy, we help students design commercial arrangements using alternative mediums. The Academy level 3 course is a great place to up your skills, especially with the new drive for sustainability. Julie Collins is the course tutor and holds a Cambridge University qualification in sustainability so you are in good hands. The next course starts in April and will be the Advanced Wedding Unit where we look at advanced bridal designs, including large bouquets, apply principles of design to get the best out of your floristry, and learn how to design bespoke unique bridal floristry.
